Robert Osadchuck Clerk BY THE COURT JUDGMENT [ 1 ] The original motion of December 8, 2015 which came before Justice Borenstein on December 10, 2015 sought a single order, namely that Defendant grant Plaintiff access to the minor child during the holiday period of Chanukah, which has now been over for several weeks. [ 2 ] At this stage, therefore, the issue being moot, there would be nothing at stake if leave was granted to appeal from the judgment of December 10, 2015.
