FOR THESE REASONS, THE UNDERSIGNED: [ 4 ] GRANTS the application to vary conditions of release; [ 5 ] VARIES conditions of release number 8 and 15 in the judgment of January 31, 2020 of the Honourable Marie-France Bich, J.A., to read as follows : Condition 8 : Report in person to the RCMP Headquarters located at 4225 Dorchester, Westmount, Quebec, every Monday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. to sign the register, starting on Monday, February 10, 2020, except for the duration of the state of emergency declared by the Government on Québec on March 13, 2020 where this condition is replaced by the obligation to report once a week on Monday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. by telephone to the RCMP at 514-939-8400 ext. 2045 from the landline [...].
