[ 2 ] WHEREAS an interim release of the applicant (accused) was granted pending the result of the appeal, with conditions, all of which were respected. [ 3 ] WHEREAS the respondent (prosecutor) consents to the application to alter bail conditions during the interim release and to the return of the five thousand dollars ($5,000) being held by Quebec’s Ministère de la justice.
