[ 2 ] United Talmud Torahs of Montreal Inc. is a school in which Defendant’s children were enrolled for a certain period of time. [ 3 ] The Defendant, as guardian for his children, signed a contract with the school as appears from the Educational Service Contract filed as exhibit P-2. [ 4 ] The children Jonathan and Jesse attended the school but the fees were not paid by Defendant as appears from the statement of account P-1. [ 5 ] A letter of demand was sent to the Defendant.

No reply was given. [ 6 ] Plaintiff has made his proof. [ 7 ] Considering the contracts entered between the parties; [ 8 ] Considering the statement of account; [ 9 ] Considering the testimony of a representative of the Plaintiff; FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT: GRANTS the claim of Plaintiff United Talmud Torahs of Montreal Inc; CONDEMNS Isaac Elharrar to pay to United Talmud Torahs of Montreal Inc. the amount of $3,440.00 with legal interest at the legal rate and the special indemnity provided for by
