s) Annabel David Clerk BY THE JUDGE JUDGMENT [ 1 ] By its motion, the Respondent requests the modification of bail condition #11 (conclusion 10.11) set forth in the judgment rendered on May 19, 2016 wherein Justice Morissette granted the Applicant’s motion under ss. 20(

b) of the Extradition Act [1] and 679 of the Criminal Code [2] . [ 2 ] The Applicant consents to the issuance of the order sought as modified and agreed by the parties.

THEREFORE, THE UNDERSIGNED: [ 3 ] GRANTS , in part, the Respondent’s motion; [ 4 ] ORDERS the variation of condition #11 (conclusion 10.11) of the judgment rendered on May 19, 2016 by substituting the following : 10.11 Surrender into the custody of the Riviere-des-Prairies Detention Center located at 11,900 Armand Chaput Avenue, at Montreal, within 24 hours of the decision of the Minister ordering his surrender to the United States.
