DEMONG , J _____________________________________________________________________________ [ 1 ] On September 4, 2019, I gave judgment in favour of the plaintiff and at paragraph 39 I granted Ms.

Reid the opportunity, if she saw fit, to file additional materials with this Court, for its consideration, to determine whether a further reference on damages should be held. [ 2 ] Ms. Reid was instructed to serve and file those materials on or before September 27, 2019. The Court record reflects that no new materials were filed and on that basis I conclude that the parties seek finality in this matter. As Ms. Reid, has, by her non-feasance, abandoned this component of her claim, I now adjudge that all respects of this trial are complete and final.
