JUDGMENT [ 1 ] The respondent does not contest the motion now before me, nor does he raise the matter of service within less than two clear juridical days. [ 2 ] The petitioner, who was "a person sought" under the Extradition Act , was released on bail after a committal order of July 11 th and abided by the conditions of his release. [ 3 ] On Friday, December, 14 th The Minister of Justice rendered a decision in respect which the petitioner is about to seek of judicial review. [ 4 ] FOR THESE REASONS, I grant the motion for judicial interim release on bail, subject to the following conditions: 1.

Bail is set at $ 10 000 in the judicial district of Montreal; 2. Keep the peace, be of good behaviour and attend Court whenever required; 3. Reside at [...], Outremont, [...]; 4. Not change his address without prior authorization from the Court ; 5. Abstain from leaving the province of Québec; 6. Continue to report to the Quartier Général de la GRC,4225 Dorchester, Westmount, between 9:00AM and 4:00PM, and sign the register once a week, on Monday; 7. Abstain from applying for a passport for any country; 8. Leave his Israeli passport with the authorities who already have it in their possession; 9.

Abstain from communicating or attempting to communicate in any matter with the accomplices Eskew Young and Goldklang Meshilim; 10. Do not negotiate or contract any mortgages in Canada; 11. Leave his Canadian passport with the authorities; 12. Surrender into the custody of the Rivière-des-Prairies detention center 24 hours prior to the hearing of the appeal and/or the judicial review of the Minister's decision by the Appeal Court; YVES-MARIE MORISSETTE,J.A.
