[ 2 ] The mother and the two oldest children are present and represented. [ 3 ] The parties submit a draft agreement containing all the measures applicable agreed upon, between them. [ 4 ] The measures applicable listed in the draft agreement convince the Court that they respect the rights of the children and are in their best interest.
