section 38 of the Youth Protection, introduced by the Director of Youth Protection, for the purposes of declaring that the security and the development of X are considered to be in danger for the following reasons: - Voluntary measures were signed by the parents on November 30 th , 2011 for a period of one year; - The parent's situation has not evolved in the last year and the collaboration is minimal; - There is a serious risk that the child's parents do not provide the child with the basic needs due to the parent's addiction issues, lack of parental abilities and poor cooperation with the services put in place in order to put an end to the compromising situation. [ 2 ] In support of his recommendations, the attorney for the Director of Youth Protection submits a report (D-1) prepared by the declarant Mrs. [Social worker 1]. [ 3 ] Given the evidence adduced consisted mainly in the filling of the social practitioner's report; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; THEREFORE THE COURT : GRANTS the petition; DECLARES that the security and the development of the child are compromise for the motives alleged in the said petition; ORDERS that X remain in the care of her parents; ORDERS that the father complete with success a therapy for his drug and/or alcohol addiction with an appropriate service provided and applies the recommendations; ORDERS that the parents receive the services required for their needs (parental abilities, conjugal counselling) by a recognized organization and apply the recommendations;
ORDERS that the parents collaborate with center A within the elaboration and application of the intervention plan with the center A; ORDERS that the child receive the services required for her needs (socialization activities, medical follow-up); ORDERS that the parents report periodically to the center A to inform about the means they take to put an end to the compromising situation; ORDERS that the person authorised by the Director of Youth Protection provides aid, counsel and assistance to the child and her family for a period of one year; ENTRUSTS the situation of the child to the Director of Youth Protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out. __________________________________ LOUISE TURPIN, J.C.Q.
