She asks that the child remain entrusted to her mother. [ 2 ] At the hearing, the parents are present, represented by Me Tania Bélanger (father) and Me Sylvie Gourd (mother).

Me Claude Cossette represents the child and Me Valérie Martel the petitioner. [ 3 ] According to Section 95 (3) of the Youth Protection Act , the parties produce a draft agreement, and following the comments of the parties' lawyers, the Court concludes that the measures agreed upon are in the child's best interest and in the respect of her rights. [ 4 ] FOR THESE MOTIVES, THE COURT : [ 5 ] GRANTS the petition; [ 6 ] DECLARES that the security and development of X are still in danger; [ 7 ] ACKNOWLEDGES the agreement filed as exhibit D-4 and annexed to the present judgment; [ 8 ] ORDERS the implementation of the measures applicable agreed upon by the parties and listed in paragraph 3 of the agreement; [ 9 ] ENTRUSTS the child's situation to the Director of Youth Protection for the purpose of executing the measures agreed upon. __________________________________ DENYSE LEDUC, J.C.Q.
