HEARING 10: 26 Commencement of the hearing. 10: 27 Mtre Perfetto moves the Court to withdraw from the case, and to cease representing Mr. Bedford accordingly. 10: 28 Judge’s ruling: Mtre Perfetto is allowed to cease representing Mr. Bedford. 10: 30 Submissions by Mtre Gobeil. 10: 31 Submissions by Mtre Bourassa. 10: 35 The Judge points out he is not in a position to set up a date either for the filing of the facta or for the hearing of the case.

He then goes to ask if there is any objection from the other parties, regarding the Attorney General’s request for the hearing of the cases before one panel and for the filing of 2 facta, 60 pages each. No objection has been raised. 10: 36 Judge’s ruling: See page 3. 10: 38 Mr. Magi requests the Court to have his conditions renewed. The Attorney General supports the motion. 10: 39 Judge’s ruling: See page 3. 10: 42 The Judge urges Mr.

Bedford to liaise with the Legal Aid office in order to renew his application and to make sure that he is still eligible to benefit from their service. 10: 43 Conclusion of the hearing. Mihary Andrianaivo Clerk BY THE JUDGE JUDGMENT On the Attorney General’s motion to join the appeals and the applications for judicial review as well as to allow the filing of two 60 page facta : [ 1 ] Noting the absence of objection from the parties; THE UNDERSIGNED: [ 2 ] GRANTS the motion; and [ 3 ] POSTPONES the case until Monday 30 th November 2015 pertaining to the other issues. On Mr.

Magi’s request to have his conditions renewed and modified : [ 4 ] After having heard Mr. Magi and taking note of the absence of objection from the Attorney General; THE UNDERSIGNED: [ 5 ] GRANTS the motion; [ 6 ] RULES that Mr.

Magi’s conditions remain unchanged save for condition number 5 which is amended and will read as follows: “Be at this address between midnight and 6: 00 a.m. except for the purpose of legitimate employment except between August 29 and November 30, until the end of these proceedings, on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, when he can be at either […], Montreal or […], Québec from midnight to 6: 00 a.m.; except for the purpose of legitimate employment.”
