More notably, the required consent was validly given and at least thirty (30) days have since elapsed. [ 3 ] Furthermore, the evidence demonstrates that the placement in view of her adoption is in her best interests and the respect of her rights. For these reasons, the Court: [ 4 ] GRANTS the application; [ 5 ] ORDERS the placement of the child with the Applicants, Mrs. B and Mr. C in view of an adoption without recognition of the pre-existing bond of maternal and paternal filiation; [ 6 ] CONFERS the exercise of parental authority towards the child to the Applicants Mrs. B and Mr.
