article 95 of the Youth Protection Act regarding each child; [ 2 ] WHEREAS the mother presented an application seeking custody of the children; [ 3 ] WHEREAS the parties have reached an agreement and signed a Consent to final judgment for custody dated November 23, 2016; WHEREFORE, THE COURT: [ 4 ] GRANTS custody of the minor child Y to the Plaintiff; [ 5 ] GRANTS custody of the minor child X to the Defendant; [ 6 ] GRANTS access rights to the Plaintiff and the Defendant following the terms of the Consent to final judgment for custody dated November 23, 2016 attached hereto.
