Third Party ______________________________________________________________________ ORDER ON MOTION FOR TEMPORARY CONFINEMENT FOR A PSYCHIATRIC ASSESSMENT ______________________________________________________________________ [ 1 ] CONSIDERING the proof and the representations made during the hearing; [ 2 ] CONSIDERING exhibit P-1; [ 3 ] CONSIDERING the defendant agrees to the petition, without any admission; [ 4 ] CONSIDERING the fact that the defendant represents a danger to himself or to others owing to his mental state; [ 5 ] CONSIDERING the defendant needs help; THEREFORE, THE COURT : [ 6 ] GRANTS the present motion; [ 7 ] ORDERS to the defendant to submit himself to a psychiatric assessment which will be done by the Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de la Côte-Nord – Point de service de Sept-Îles (45, Père-Divet, Sept-Îles); [ 8 ] ORDERS that the defendant be put under temporary custody of this establishment et be temporarily confined in this establishment for a psychiatric assessment; [ 9 ] ORDERS to law enforcement officers and paramedics to convey the defendant to this establishment et ORDERS to law enforcement officers or paramedics to help the Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de la Côte-Nord , by verbal request, for the execution of the present judgment;

[ 10 ] ORDERS to this establishment’s professional services Director to give the Court of Quebec - Civil Division Court clerk the two reports constituting the psychiatric assessment in the seven days of the present judgment; [ 11 ] ORDERS that the access to the file be limited and ORDERS that the exhibits of the plaintiff be placed in a sealed envelope; [ 12 ] ORDERS that the present judgment be anonymized in case of a demand through court transcripts or its eventual publication; [ 13 ] WITHOUT COSTS. __________________________________ NATHALIE AUBRY, J.C.Q.
