section 95 of the Youth Protection Act concerning X, born on […], 2009. [ 2 ] A legal aid lawyer represents the child. The parents are present and don't want to be represented. [ 3 ] The parties admit that the security and development of X are still endangered but according to the testimony of the intervener, the situation has improved a lot. The improvement is such that supervised contacts between the parents and the child are not necessary anymore. [ 4 ] Also the parties agree to the measures proposed by the director of Youth protection.
FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT: GRANTS the motion for revision and extension filed by the applicant; DECLARES that the security and the development of the child is still in danger; ENTRUSTS the child to the paternal grandmother, C for a period of six months;
ORDERS that the contacts between the parents and the child be in accordance with the modalities determined by the D.Y.P.; ORDERS that the parents report to the D.Y.P. every two weeks; ORDERS that the parents take an active
part in the application of all the measures; ORDERS that a person working for an institution or body provide aid, counselling or assistance to the youth and her family for a period of one (1) year; ENTRUSTS the situation of the child to the Director of youth protection for the purpose of executing the measures ordered by the Court. __________________________________ RICHARD LAFLAMME, J.C.Q.
