section 95 of the Youth Protection Act. [ 2 ] At the beginning of the hearing, the attorney for the Director of the Youth Protection stated that this petition is based on the following motives: - The parent's situation has not been stabilised sufficiently in order to allow a reintegration; It is in the best interest of the child to remain in the care of the paternal grandparents in order for the parents to stabilise their situation; [ 3 ] The Court, with the consent of the children's attorney, read the following report filed by M e Danielle Pharand, attorney for the Director of Youth Protection: [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; THEREFORE THE COURT : GRANTS the petition; DECLARES that the security and development of the children is still compromise; EXTENDS the decision rendered on November 22 nd , 2012; ORDERS that the children be entrusted to their paternal grandmother, A, for a period of six months with a progressive reintegration within his family environment of possible, accordingly to
section 62 of the Law; ORDERS that the contacts between the children and their father be according to the modalities established by the delegate of the Director of Youth Protection,
ORDERS that the contacts between the children and their mother be according to the modalities established by the delegate of the Director of Youth Protection, included supervision if deemed necessary, ORDERS that the children receive services required by state (medical, dental, social follow-up), if necessary; ORDERS that the father participate in a drug/alcohol evaluation recognized by Youth Protection and that they follow the recommendations; ORDERS that the father receive services for his parental abilities recognized by the Youth Protection; RECOMMENDS that the mother receive services for her parental abilities recognized by the Youth Protection; ORDERS that the father receives the services required by his health : therapy for anger management recognized by Youth Protection; ORDERS that the father report to us periodically about the measures they are applying to put an end to the situation compromising their children's safety and development; RECOMMENDS that the mother report to us periodically about the measures they are applying to put an end to the situation compromising their children's safety and development; ORDERS that the father participate actively in applying the measures elaborated to put an end to the situation compromising their children's safety and development; RECOMMENDS that the mother participate actively in applying the measures elaborated to put an end to the situation compromising their children's safety and development; ORDERS that a person authorised by the Director of Youth Protection provides aid, counsel and assistance to the children and their family for a period of one year; ENTRUSTS the situation of the children to the Director of Youth Protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out. __________________________________ LOUISE TURPIN, J.C.Q.
