[ 1 ] CONSIDERING the Applicant’s Motion for the adoption of the child, X , born on […]; [ 2 ] CONSIDERING the order of placement for adoption rendered on February 1, 2022; [ 3 ] CONSIDERING that the Applicants are over 18 years older than the child; [ 4 ] CONSIDERING that the child lives with the applicants since May 15, 2021. [ 5 ] CONSIDERING that the child is well adapted to the Applicants and considers them as is parents; [ 6 ] CONSIDERING the testimony of the Applicants;
[ 7 ] CONSIDERING the child's best interest and in respect of his rights.
