section 38 of the Youth Protection, introduced by the Director of Youth Protection, for the purposes of declaring that the security and the development of X are considered to be in danger for the following reasons: - There is a situation in which the mother of the child does not met his basic needs concerning his physical need, his physical health and does not provide the appropriate supervision or support or failing to take the necessary steps to provide schooling. [ 2 ] In support of his recommendations, the attorney for the Director of Youth Protection submits a report (D-1) prepared by the declarant Mr. [social worker 1]. [ 3 ] Given the evidence adduced consisted mainly in the filling of the social practitioner's report; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; THEREFORE THE COURT : GRANTS the petition; DECLARES that the security and the development of the child are compromise for the motives alleged in the said petition; ORDERS that X be entrusted to her father, Mr.
A with progressive reintegration with both parents if feasible; ORDERS that the contacts and visits between X and her mother be according to the modalities established by the delegate of the Director of Youth Protection; ORDERS that X receives services regarding her personal state (work on personal issues, school, medical follow up); ORDERS that X's parents commit to report themselves to the DYP worker on a regular basis in order to keep her informed if any new situations occurs; ORDERS that X and her parents actively participates in the elaboration and application of the intervention plan; ORDERS that the person authorised by the Director of Youth Protection provides aid, counsel and assistance to the child and her family for a period of 12 months; ENTRUSTS the situation of the child to the Director of Youth Protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out. __________________________________ LOUISE TURPIN, J.C.Q.
