P-34.1) ______________________________________________________________________ [ 1 ] The Director of Youth Protection demands the review of the decision rendered on October 19, 2010, concerning X and his sister Y, respectively born on […], 1996 and […], 1997. [ 2 ] The mother and the teenagers are present and represented. As for the father, he sent a letter stating that he would not be present and to proceed without him.

He is not involved in the life of his children. [ 3 ] The parties submit an agreement containing the measures applicable agreed upon between them and the Court is convinced that the measures respect the rights of the teenagers and are in their best interest.
