B; [ 6 ] ATTRIBUTES to the child the name and surnames of X; [ 7 ] ORDERS that a copy of the present judgment of adoption be issued and forwarded by the clerk of the present Court to the registrar of civil status; [ 8 ] ORDERS to the registrar of civil status to draw up a new act of birth of the aforesaid child according to the present judgment of adoption; [ 9 ] AUTHORIZES the petitioners to be able to take back the original certificates they put in the file to the Court.
