The Honorable Martin Vauclair, J.A. questions whether Mtre Ranalli intends to use the factum that was filed. She has read the factum but does not have the transcripts in her possession. The Honorable Martin Vauclair, J.A. suggests to Mtre Ranalli to get hold of these transcripts as soon as possible and to file a request to the judge should there be any further delays.

End of hearing Alya Elisio Clerk BY THE COURT JUDGMENT [ 1 ] WHEREAS the Appellant wishes to retain the services of a new attorney; [ 2 ] WHEREAS Mtre Longueville filed a motion seeking the Court’s permission to cease representing the Appellant; [ 3 ] WHEREAS on Novembre 21, 2017, Legal Aid confirmed the Appellant’s admissibility and appointed new attorneys, Mtre Nguyen and Mtre Ranalli, to the file; [ 4 ] WHEREAS neither the Appellant nor the Respondent contest the motion to cease representing nor the substitution of attorney in the present file; THE COURT: [ 5 ] GRANTS the motion to cease representing; [ 6 ] PERMITS Mtre Longueville to cease representing the Appellant; [ 7 ] ACKNOWLEDGES the substitution of attorney in the present file as Mtre Ranalli and Mtre Nguyen will appear for the Appellant by way of filing a statement of substitution of attorney no later than Friday, December 8, 2017.
