s) Annabel David-B. Clerk BY THE JUDGE JUDGMENT [ 1 ] This is a further application to extend the time limit for the filing of the appellant’s brief, the most recent deadline having been established as April 30, 2019.

The reasons invoked in support of the present application are no different from those previously alleged, namely, the fact that the applicant acts on her own behalf, wants to seek legal advice, and ultimately, seeks to avoid being expelled from her home. [ 2 ] Although the application was contested, I agreed to grant the applicant one last chance to comply with her obligation to file a memorandum if she intends to prosecute her appeal. THEREFORE, THE UNDERSIGNED: [ 3 ] GRANTS the appellants’ motion; [ 4 ] EXTENDS the appellant’s delay to file their brief to Tuesday, May 21, 2019. [ 5 ] THE WHOLE , without costs.
