Any person who contravenes this provision commits an offence and is liable to a fine (sections 11.2, 11.2.1 and 135 Y.P.A.). [ 1 ] The Director of Youth Protection requests the Tribunal to extend, for a maximum period of five (5) working days, the immediate protection measures for child, presently in the custody of foster family; [ 2 ] The Tribunal recognizes the necessity to extend the immediate protection measures and the merits of the request; [ 3 ] THEREFORE THE COURT : [ 4 ] GRANTS the petition motion ; [ 5 ] EXTENDS the application of immediate protective measures for a period not exceeding five (5) working days; [ 6 ] ENTRUSTS the child in a foster family; [ 7 ] ORDERS that the contacts between the child and his father be supervised and accordingly to the modalities established by the delegate of the Director of Youth Protection; [ 8 ] ORDERS that the contacts between the child and his mother be according to an agreement; [ 9 ] ORDERS that the person authorised by the Director of Youth Protection provides aid, counsel and assistance to the child and her family; [ 10 ] ENTRUSTS the situation of the child to the Director of Youth Protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out.
