[ 2 ] If the Motion is interpreted as a Motion to Reserve Rights to Claim Damages, it cannot be granted. Such claims must first be made in the Quebec Court or the Superior Court of Quebec. [ 3 ] For these reasons, the Motion is dismissed. NICOLE DUVAL HESLER, J.A.
