section 95 of the Youth Protection Act. [ 2 ] At the beginning of the hearing, the attorney for the Director of the Youth Protection stated that this petition is based on the following motives: - The mother's situation is still unstable financially and regarding her housing; - The father has not begun any services regarding violence or drug/alcohol dependency; - The situation has not evolved in the past year, therefore the Director of Youth Protection's involvement remains necessary. [ 3 ] The Court, with the consent of the child attorney, read the report (D-1) filed by M e Sandra Couture, attorney for the Director of Youth Protection; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; THEREFORE THE COURT : GRANTS the petition; DECLARES that the security and the development of the child is still compromise; EXTENDS the decision rendered on May 2 nd , 2012 by the Honourable Judge Raymond Séguin; ORDERS that X be entrusted to her mother; ORDERS that the contacts between X and her father be supervised until deemed warranted and according to the modalities by the person authorized by the Director of Youth Protection; ORDERS that the father receives the services required by his health; a therapy for anger management recognized by the Youth Protection;
ORDERS that the father participates in a drug/alcohol evaluation recognized by the Youth Protection and that he follows their recommendations; ORDERS that the mother actively participates in a service for her parental abilities; ORDERS that the parents report to us periodically about the measures they are applying to put an end to the situation compromising the security and development of X; ORDERS that the parents participate in the elaboration of the intervention plan that has for goal to put an end to the compromised security and development of X; ORDERS that a person authorised by the Director of Youth Protection provides aid, counsel and assistance to the child and her family for a period of one year; ENTRUSTS the situation of the child to the Director of Youth Protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out. __________________________________ LOUISE TURPIN, J.C.Q.
