section 95 of the Youth Protection Act. [ 2 ] At the beginning of the hearing, the attorney for the Director of the Youth Protection stated that this petition is based on the following motives: - The adolescent has been entrusted to her uncle however he does not wish to pursue with this project anymore; - X needs, in the first place, to develop her autonomy and she accepts to live at the center A before moving into her own apartment. [ 3 ] The Court, with the consent of the adolescent attorney, read the report (D-1) filed by M e Danielle Pharand, attorney for the Director of Youth Protection; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; THEREFORE THE COURT : GRANTS the petition; DECLARES that the security and the development of the adolescent is still compromise; REVISES the decision rendered on November 21 st , 2011; ORDERS that X be entrust to the organism A to get help in developing her autonomy including her lodging; TAKE NOTICE of the intention of the Director of Youth Protection, to have the possibility to determine the residence of X with her consent; RECOMMENDS that X receive all the care needed for her well-being; ORDERS that the exercise of the attributes of the parental authority (medical, school and social) be withdrawn from the parents and granted to the Youth Protection Director; ORDERS that a person authorised by the Director of Youth Protection provides aid, counsel and assistance to the adolescent and her family until November 26 th , 2012; ENTRUSTS the situation of the adolescent to the Director of Youth Protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out.
