[ 1 ] On September 1 st , 2021, a judgment of placement for adoption of the child is rendered.

The Court then reduces the placement to three months. The applicant is married to the child’s mother. [ 2 ] The applicant now asks the Court to pronounce the adoption of the child. [ 3 ] The child has been living with the applicant since September 2020. The applicant was involved in the child’s life for the previous two years. He considers the child as his son and wishes to adopt him. [ 4 ] The adoption meets the child’s best interest. [ 5 ] All legal prescriptions were respected.

FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT: [ 6 ] GRANTS the application for adoption; [ 7 ] ORDERS the adoption of X in favour of A; [ 8 ] ATTRIBUTES to the child the surname(

s) and name of X; [ 9 ] ORDERS that the clerk of this Court shall notify to the director of civil status of the present judgment of adoption; [ 10 ] ORDERS the registrar of civil status to comply with the requirements of the law; [ 11 ] AUTHORIZES the parties to remove all exhibits from the Court file; [ 12 ] ORDERS the clerk of the court to deliver a certified copy of this judgment to the parties and the attorney; [ 13 ] THE WHOLE without costs.
