section 95 of the Youth Protection Act. [ 2 ] At the beginning of the hearing, the attorney for the Director of the Youth Protection stated that this petition is based on the following motives: - The adolescent has showed verbalized being afraid of her stepfather and has described him as being violent at home; - The mother denies everything and has changed the door locks. [ 3 ] The Court, with the consent of the adolescent attorney, read the report (D-1) filed by M e Ginette Daigle, attorney for the Director of Youth Protection; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; THEREFORE THE COURT : GRANTS the petition; DECLARES that the security and the development of the adolescent is still compromise; REVISES the decision rendered on May 30 th , 2011; TAKE NOTICE that the Director of Youth Protection can determine X living environment with X and her mother's consents; ORDERS that the exercise of the attributes of the parental authority be withdrawn from the parents and granted to the Youth Protection Director; ORDERS that the contacts between X and her parents be established by the modalities of a delegate of the Director of Youth Protection, according to her desires; RECOMMENDS that X and her mother participate actively to the measures; RECOMMENDS that X receives the care according to her circumstances (psychological services); ORDERS that a person authorised by the Director of Youth Protection provides aid, counsel and assistance to the adolescent and her family until X majority;
