Asma Berrak Clerk JUDGMENT [ 1 ] I am seized with a motion to dismiss the appeal based on the absence of a written appearance filed by the appellant, whose counsel has been authorized to cease representing him; [ 2 ] In light of the allegations of the motion, I could dismiss the appeal; [ 3 ] Nevertheless, I prefer that the appellant be advised that if a written appearance is not filed with the Court before July 20 th , 2013, his appeal will be dismissed; FOR THESE REASONS: [ 4 ] The hearing of the motion is postponed to July 31st, 2013, in courtroom RC.18, and I order that Mr Wheeler be served with a copy of these minutes by the Court within 10 days.
