P-34.1) ______________________________________________________________________ [ 1 ] The Director of Youth Protection submits a draft agreement following an application for review of the decision rendered on April 11, 2012, concerning the child X, born on […], 2011. [ 2 ] All parties are represented by a lawyer and consent to the measures listed in the agreement. [ 3 ] Nevertheless, the Court comes to the conclusion that paragraph 3.1 of the agreement has to be crossed out for the motives mentioned at the hearing and paragraph 3.2 is to be modified so that the child is maintained in the family environment of the mother.

Finally, an additional paragraph is added, as stated in the minutes of the hearing. [ 4 ] The measures outlined in the agreement respect the rights of the child and are in his best interest. [ 5 ] FOR THESE MOTIVES, THE COURT: [ 6 ] GRANTS the demand; [ 7 ] MAINTAINS that the situation of the child is still compromised; [ 8 ] REVIEWS the decision rendered on April 11, 2012; [ 9 ] IMPLEMENTS the draft agreement file as exhibit D-4, as modified by the Court : 3.1 Crossed out; 3.2 Maintains the child with the mother; 3.5 That any outings from therapy by the parent or the parents with the child be preceded by a formal notice to the Director of Youth Protection as to beginning of the outing, the end of the outing and the place where the parent or the parents will go with the child; [ 10 ] AUTHORISES the maintaining of personal relations between the father and the child; [ 11 ] AUTHORISES that any access and visitation rights between the father and the child be exercises under the supervision of the
