JUDGMENT [ 1 ] Considering the motion; [ 2 ] Considering that the motion is uncontested; [ 3 ] FOR THESE REASONS, THE UNDERSIGNED: [ 4 ] GRANTS the motion for judicial interim release; [ 5 ] ORDER the release of appellant, M.M., on the following conditions: 1. Keep the peace and be of good behaviour; 2. Reside at [...], Town A and not change address without the permission of the Court; 3. Not leave the Province of Quebec; 4. Not operate or drive a motor vehicle; 5. Abstain from the consumption of alcohol and illegal drugs; 6.

Abstain from going to any bar, club or similar place, private or public, in which alcohol and/or drugs are consumed or may be consumed, including family parties; 7. Refrain from using, carrying or having in her possession any firearms or weapons of any sort; 8. Report to the SQ office at 3025 Laval, Lac Mégatic once a week every Monday to sign the register starting on June 25, 2012; 9. Recognizance by D.N. in the amount of $5,000; 10. Constitute herself prisoner the day prior to the hearing of any motion to judicially review the Minister's decision with respect to her surrendur; 11.
