[ 2 ] The child lives with the applicant-adopters since she was 4 months old.

Both parents gave general consents on July 5, 2010. [ 3 ] Positive psychosocial evaluation for adoption was filed. [ 4 ] The applicant-adopters are the only parents the child has known and she has developed strong bonds with them. [ 5 ] The petitioner showed that all the legal requirements have been met and the placement for adoption for X with the applicant- adopters is in the child's best interest.
