[ 2 ] The Court is of the opinion that these measures are likely to put an end to the situation and respect the rights and interest of the children. [ 3 ] The consent of the parties was given in a free and enlightened manner. [ 4 ] FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT: [ 5 ] MAINTAINS that the security and development of X (1998-[…]), Y (2002-[…]) and Z (2003-[…]) are still in danger; [ 6 ] ORDERS the implementation of the measures enumerated in the agreement field as exhibit D-2; [ 7 ] ENTRUSTS the children’s situation to the Director of Youth Protection of the A C.Y.P.C., for the purpose of executing this enactment. __________________________________ JOSÉE BÉLANGER, J.C.Q.
