The Plaintiff claims that there was an error made in his account concerning his Life income fund (LIF), and that this erroneous designation of LIF is a source of misrepresentation for potential future monetary gain. [ 2 ] The Defendant contests the claim, and denies owing any amount of money to the Plaintiff. [ 3 ] After hearing the proof, the Court finds that the claim of Plaintiff is not founded. [ 4 ] Considering the parties testimony; [ 5 ] Considering that the Plaintiff did not meet his burden of proof; [ 6 ] Consequently, the Court rejects the claim.
