Annick Nguyen Clerk JUDGMENT [ 1 ] The petitioners are seeking leave to appeal from a judgment rendered by the Superior Court, which granted a motion to cease representing presented by petitioners' former lawyer, Mtre Farzad Bigdeli. [ 2 ] Alleging that they were not provided with the services of an interpreter, petitioners are seeking permission to have the judgment reversed and to order the Superior Court to provide reasonable accommodation and pay for the costs of an interpreter.

Alleging several wrong doings from their former attorney, petitioners are also seeking monetary damages. [ 3 ] On the whole, I believe that the proceeding filed by petitioners is not one, which ought to be submitted to the Court and do not satisfy the Court's rules of practice and therefore must be dismissed. [ 4 ] FOR THESES REASONS, the motion is DISMISSED, without costs in the circumstances. RICHARD WAGNER, J.A.
