Anne Dumont, Clerk at the hearing JUDGMENT [ 1 ] The Applicant seeks to modify the conditions of his release pending the appeal on committal as set out in the judgment of Madam Justice Lucie Fournier dated February 16, 2022; [ 2 ] The Respondent does not oppose the application and I am satisfied that it should be granted; FOR THESE REASONS, THE UNDERSIGNED: [ 3 ] GRANTS the application for modification of the conditions of release of the Applicant pending the appeal on committal; [ 4 ] REPLACES conditions number 4 and 9 as set out in the judgment of February 16, 2022 with the following conditions: 4.

He will remain within the Province of Québec or Ontario (only for work purposes, except from July 13th to 18th 2022 during which he is allowed to be in the Province of Ontario for family and personal reasons (i.e., a marriage) ); 9.

He will report to the RCMP station located at 2200 Reverchon, Suite 288, Dorval, Québec, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and sign the register once a week on Fridays beginning on the first Friday after his release, except on July 15th 2022 ; [ 5 ] ORDERS that the modification of the conditions be signed before a justice of the peace assigned for such matters prior to the Appelant being authorized to be in the Province of Ontario for family and personal reasons (i.e., a marriage) as above mentioned.
