In the case of : X ([...], 2001) JUDGMENT ON A MOTION FOR REVISION (Sec. 95(1) Youth Protection Act) [ 1 ] The Director of Youth Protection A C.Y.P.C. seeks the revision of an order made by the Court on August 24, 2010, entrusting the child X to a foster Family for a period of six months and ordering, among others, the parents to collaborate actively with the social worker. [ 2 ] The father is in prison since August 24, 2010 and did not have any contact with the child since. [ 3 ] The mother, who knows she has to work on personal issues, is not making the necessary efforts to be able to get her daughters back.

Moreover the contacts between her and the child are low and irregular. [ 4 ] The child is evolving well in the foster home where she is and receives affection, stability and security. [ 5 ] The foster mother, who would prefer the biological mother to work on her problems in order to get her daughters back, is nevertheless ready to keep the child until her majority.

She would, however, appreciate getting more support from the D.Y.P. [ 6 ] FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT : [ 7 ] GRANTS the motion for revision; [ 8 ] DECLARES that the security and development of the child X are still endangered; [ 9 ] ORDERS that the child remain in her foster family until majority; [ 10 ] ORDERS that the child receive the health and psychological services she needs; [ 11 ] ORDERS the mother to participate and collaborate in the application of the proposed measures in order to correct the situation; [ 12 ] ORDERS that a person working for an organization or establishment provide aid, counsel and assistance to the family; [ 13 ] ENTRUSTS the situation of the child to the D.Y.P. in order to see that the measures are carried out.
