article 26 C.C.P ., in that the matter at issue does not raise a question of principle, does not present a new issue, nor a question of law that has given rise to conflicting judicial precedents. FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT: [ 2 ] DISMISSES the motion for leave to appeal, without costs in view of respondents' renunciation to same, the motion regarding costs being moot as a result.
