Judgment – See page 3. 10:35 End of the hearing. Annick Nguyen Clerk JUDGMENT [ 1 ] I am seized of a Motion for postponement of the production of the briefs in this appeal. [ 2 ] I am informed that the parties involved, parents and child, are now going through a therapy that may end up resolving the problems between the parties.

According to the lawyers, if successful, it will render the appeal unnecessary. [ 3 ] In theses circumstances, I agree with the parties that it is advisable to suspend the delay for the production of the briefs in order to avoid unnecessary fees and expenses.
