[ 1 ] Le Tribunal est saisi d'une demande en révision d’une ordonnance rendue par le soussigné le 14 mai 2018. [ 2 ] JH5272 Peu de temps après l’audition, les contacts père/enfant reprennent.

La santé mentale de monsieur B est bien contrôlée. [ 3 ] Pendant l’été, il doit faire un bref séjour à l’hôpital A afin d’ajuster sa médication. [ 4 ] Par la suite, il annule souvent les contacts à la dernière minute. Jusqu’en octobre, il ne reverra pas son enfant estimant ne pas être en état de le faire. [ 5 ] Par ailleurs, la mère maintient sa sobriété. X fonctionne bien chez elle. [ 6 ] Plus récemment, l’enfant est plus anxieuse face aux contacts avec son père.

Toutefois, lorsqu’ils ont lieu, lesdits contacts sont adéquats. [ 7 ] Notons que monsieur B continue son traitement psychiatrique. [ 8 ] Le Directeur recommande la poursuite de son suivi social pour 9 mois. Toutes les parties consentent.

FOR ALL THESE REASONS, THE COURT : [ 9 ] DECLARES that security and development of X are still compromised; [ 10 ] ENTRUSTS the situation of X to the Director of Youth Protection of the CIUSS A, who shall then see that the measures are carried out: [ 11 ] ORDERS that contacts between the child and her father take place following modalities to be established by the Director at a frequency to be agreed upon between the parties; [ 12 ] RECOMMENDS the father to continue his psychiatric treatment; [ 13 ] RECOMMENDS the mother to continue with her addiction support services; [ 14 ] ORDERS the child and the parents to collaborate with the Director of Youth Protection;

[ 15 ] ORDERS that aid, counsel and assistance be provided to the child and her parents; [ 16 ] THE WHOLE for 9 months.
