article 577 of Civil Code of Québec . [ 9 ] ORDERS the clerk of the Court of Québec, Youth Division, to transmit a certified true copy of the adoption judgment to be rendered herein, to the Director of civil status, in order for him to prepare a new birth certificate, in accordance with

article 129 and following of Civil Code of Québec ; [ 10 ] ORDERS the registrar of civil status to ensure the publication of the register; [ 11 ] ORDERS the Director of Civil Status to issue the birth certificate in English;
