Any person who contravenes this provision commits an offence and is liable to a fine (sections 11.2, 11.2.1 and 135 Y.P.A.). [ 1 ] The Tribunal is seized of an application for a review of the child’s situation in youth protection as well as an application for custody of the child submitted by the father. [ 2 ] The parties agree that there will be a joint hearing of both applications. [ 3 ] Considering that the Court granted custody of the child X to his father while providing for the supervision of contact with his mother. [ 4 ] The Tribunal is in a position to conclude that the situation of the child X is no longer compromised by the decision to grant custody to the father.
