Any person who contravenes this provision commits an offence and is liable to a fine (sections 11.2, 11.2.1 and 135 Y.P.A.) [ 1 ] Whereas the Court must decide on a demand from the Director of Youth Protection for the child to extend immediate protection measure requesting that it be entrusted to his maternal grandmother for a period not exceeding five ( 5) business days. [ 2 ] Considering the child's interest; [ 3 ] Considering the child’s as a diagnosis of ADHD and autism; [ 4 ] Considering that the child does not receive his treatment; [ 5 ] Considering that the child is left unsupervised and the mother locks him in his room every night; [ 6 ] Considering that the Tribunal made the observation of the need for such a measure and recognizes the merits; [ 7 ] FOR THE REASONS, THE COURT : [ 8 ] GRANTS the motion; [ 9 ] PROLONGES the implementation of immediate protective measures for a period of five (5) working days of this judgment :
