Robert Osadchuck Clerk BY THE COURT JUDGMENT [ 1 ] Despite the last minute character of the motion for postponement, and despite the fact that the appellant was notified of the motions for dismissal on June 10, 2016, both motions for dismissal will be postponed peremptorily to November 7, 2016. [ 2 ] The appellant should have enough time to find a lawyer to act on her behalf. This being said, it is to be understood that the motions for dismissal will be heard on November 7, 2016 whether or not the appellant is represented by a lawyer at this time.
