GEORGE WILSON LOGAN RESPONDENT - Defendant JUDGMENT [ 1 ] Considering the health condition of Mrs Suder, her motion should be granted in part to extend the delay to appoint another attorney in order to be ready to present her motion for leave to appeal the judgment rendered by Justice St-Pierre on November the 16 th 2012. [ 2 ] Accordingly, the motion presented by M. Logan to fix a court hearing becomes moot.
FOR THESE REASONS : [ 3 ] GRANT in part the application to extend the delay, without costs; [ 4 ] EXTEND the delay to present the motion for leave to appeal to October the 7 th 2013.
