Barnes was at the hearing; [ 6 ] Considering the lack of evidence on the part of Mr. Gordon in support of his action; [ 7 ] Considering that Mr. Barnes presented a cross demand against Mr. Gordon with respect to sums he allegedly paid on behalf of Mr. Gordon; [ 8 ] Considering the lack of evidence on the part of Mr. Barnes in support of his cross demand; FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS, THE COURT: DISMISSES the action of Kevin Gordon; DISMISSES the cross demand of Steven Barnes; Each party paying his own costs.
