s) Court clerck BY THE JUDGE JUDGMENT THE UNDERSIGNED : [ 1 ] DECLARES that the Motion of the Appellant to extend delays to submit his written argument and

schedule book is moot since the Court received these documents on December 2 nd , 2010 and served a copy to the Respondents; [ 2 ] GRANTS the Motion of the Appellant for extra written argument and

schedule book; [ 3 ] ALLOWS the Appellant, after having served a copy thereof on the Respondents, to file in the Office of the Court, no later than December 29, 2010 , four copies of an extra written argument not exceeding 5 pages, an extra

schedule book and his authorities; [ 4 ] ORDERS the Respondents, after having served a copy thereof on the Appellant, to file in the Office of the Court, no later than January 12, 2011 , four copies of supplementary documents, as well as a written argument not exceeding 10 pages, and their authorities; [ 5 ] GIVES ACT to the undertaking of Mrs Hudon to do copies of the documents and jurisprudence Mr Lena will send her and file them to the Office of the Court.
