Section 95 of the Youth Protection Act ______________________________________________________________________ CAUTION : The Youth Protection Act provides that within the framework of this Act, no person may publish or broadcast information allowing a child or the child's parents to be identified. Whosoever contravenes this

article is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine [ articles 11.2.1 and 135 Y.P.A.]. [ 1 ] T he Director of Youth Protection (the Director) petitions the Court with an Application for Partial Revision of a Court Decision dated June 21, 2021. [ 2 ] Following this decision, Court ordered that the child be entrusted to an institution operating a rehabilitation center chosen by the Director of Youth Protection A for a period of six months. [ 3 ] Today, the Director demands to take act that on August 3, 2021, the parties agreed that the child be entrusted to the Group Home A in Territory A in Town A. [ 4 ] This summer, considering the difficulties of the child at [House A], the Director suggested a placement in [Territory A].

The family accepted this recommendation. [ 5 ] The child evolves positively in her group home and at school. The mother and the aunt visit her regularly in Town B, [Province A]. [ 6 ] The child continues to meet the psychologist via ZOOM and has a follow-up with an addiction worker. FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT: [ 7 ] GRANTS the Application; [ 8 ] DECLARES that the security and the development of the child are still in danger; [ 9 ] PARTIALLY REVISES the Court order rendered on June 21, 2021;

[ 10 ] MAINTAINS all the measures rendered on June 21, 2021; [ 11 ] TAKES ACT that the parties agree that the child be entrusted to Group Home A in Territory A in Town A; [ 12 ] ENTRUSTS the situation of the child to the Director of Youth Protection A for the execution of the judgment; [ 13 ] THE WHOLE until December 21, 2021. __________________________________ Lyne Morin , J.C.Q.
