BY THE JUDGE JUDGMENT [ 1 ] Joseph Damgajian has filed a motion to vary one of the conditions pursuant to which he was granted interim release by a judge of this Court. Specifically, he asks to change the address where he undertook to live given that he would like to move on June 15, 2016. [ 2 ] The respondent does not contest the motion. The motion is well-founded.
FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS , the undersigned: [ 3 ] GRANTS the motion; [ 4 ] ORDERS that the conditions of the petitioner’s interim release be varied by striking paragraph 8a) of the existing conditions and replacing it with the following: 8a) Reside at […], St. Laurent, Quebec CANADA […], starting June 15, 2016; [ 5 ] CONFIRMS all other conditions of interim release.
