section 95 of the Youth Protection Act. [ 2 ] At the beginning of the hearing, the attorney for the Director of the Youth Protection stated that this petition is based on the following motives: - The maternal aunt is not able to person her implication towards the adolescent; - The maternal grandmother has come forward and is able to implicate herself by taking the adolescent under her care. [ 3 ] The Court, with the consent of the attorney, read the report (D-1) filed by M e Sandra Couture, attorney for the Director of Youth Protection; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; THEREFORE THE COURT : GRANTS the petition; DECLARES that the security and the development of the adolescent is still compromise; REVISES AND EXTENDS the decision rendered on January 20 th , 2011; ORDERS that X be entrusted in her maternal grand-mother's care Ms.

C for a year; ORDERS that all contacts between X and Mr. A be supervised and according to the modalities established by the delegate of the Director of Youth Protection; ORDERS that X and her mother report periodically of the means used to end the compromised situation; ORDERS that X and her mother participate actively with the intervention plan's elaboration; RECOMMENDS that X receives help and services that she needs regarding sexual abuses; RECOMMENDS that Ms. B receives services regarding: daughter's sexual abuses and their mother/daughter relationship; RECOMMENDS that Mr.

A, mother's partner, receives services regarding inappropriate sexual behaviours; ORDERS that a person authorized by the Director of Youth Protection provides aid, counsel and assistance to the adolescent and her family for a period of one year;
